RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at ranocchiomap@gmail.com before returning your order. Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or we make a personalization mistake.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please contact us with your order number and photos. Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect it, return or reshipping costs may be charged.
